The Dolphin
The Dolphin in Sydenham re-opened in December 2006 after an extensive refurbishment.  Serving a great value menu, a mixture of a la carte and dishes designed to share, it is a very popular local meeting place.   With an updated 30's interior, a large and spectacular garden plus art exhibitions, the Dolphin is by far the most stylish and welcoming pub in the area.

The bar is open from midday to midnight Monday to Thursday, midday to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays and midday to 11pm on Sundays.

The Main Menu: is available from midday to 3.30pm and 6.30pm to 10pm on weekdays. On Saturdays we serve all day from midday to 10pm. 

Sunday Roast  is served from 12.30–16.00 & 17.00–21.00 (or until it runs out and is replaced by items on the main menu).

Our fruit and vegetables come direct from Borough Market, our meat is from Oxfordshire and fish from Billingsgate.  We get cured meats and sausages from small importers and producers in Borough and we hand peel, cut and twice-fry the potatoes that make our amazing chips. Everything is freshly delivered and freshly made and exceedingly good value for money.

Coffee and tea served all day every day from midday.  Free Wi-Fi broadband internet access is available at all times as well as the daily newspaper.

Located 400 yards from Sydenham railway station and with a large public car park opposite, access couldn’t be easier.

Not to be missed is the beautiful garden, a true urban oasis.  It has a design that perfectly complements the mock Tudor features of the 1930's building and plenty of space.
